2010 MUSTANGS ARE HERE
Mac Haik Ford offers MCOH members the opportunity to buy the new 2010 Mustangs now arriving at Ford dealers. The Institute for Research & Rehabilitation TIRR Foundation seeks to improve the lives of people with physical disabilities by supporting research, education and patient care dedicated to rehabilitation.

The Mustang Club of Houston (MCOH), founded in 1993, is dedicated to the preservation of Classic and Late-model Mustangs. The Club is officially recognized by the Mustang Club of America as their representative chapter in the greater Houston area. There are currently more than 175 members in the club with a high percentage actively participating in club events.
The club meetings are held at 2 PM on the third Sunday of each month at locations announced on this website. The club is a family-oriented organization that provides various events to promote interest in this American icon, ranging from car shows to cruises, motorsports events, and picnics. The Club offers many benefits to our members. See our Member Benefits page for more information.
The Mustang Club of Houston benefits The Institute for Research and Rehabilitation (TIRR) as its charitable support organization. MCOH has donated in excess of $27,000 to TIRR since 1993. A letter acknowledging the 2008 Mustang Club of Houston donation of $1750 has been received from TIRR. Click here to view letter of appreciation.
Saturday July 11 - MCOH Cruise to Brenham for "Hot Nights - Cool Tunes" afternoon-evening street party featuring live bands Abbey Rode/Already Gone. The Cruise will meet for a 4PM departure the Premium Outlet Mall - Fairfield on Highway 290 exit just past Mason Road. Dinner will be decided by attendees after the group arrives in the city square area of Brenham. Fun times!
Saturday July 18 - MCOH SPECIAL EVENT - "Mustangers Meet at the Pearl" reception 5PM-7PM featuring MCOH Mustang vehicle cruise-in, Mustang/MCOH memorabilia display, and visit to the art displays at the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts in north Houston - See more information in the announcement on this page. Also, see information about the Museum at www.pearlmfa.org. The Museum is located at 6815 Cypresswood Drive. (map to be posted).
Sunday July 19 - MCOH MONTHLY MEETING - Monthly Meeting at Mac Haik Ford , 10333 Katy Freeway . Join us for a fun meeting to plan the FALL MCOH CAR SHOW and activities. Free refreshments, & door prizes and a 50/50 drawing too. Visitors are always welcomed. Meet 2PM - 4PM in the Mac Haik Ford conference room.
Saturday /Sunday August 8-9 - 20th Annual Yellow Rose Car Show - Fort Worth Texas . If you would like to attend the Yellow Rose car show and be a part of the Mustang Club of Houston display area, please contact Tony Scharp (t.scharp@gmail.com) as soon as possible to confirm your registration and attendance. This show is indoor at the Amon G. Carter Exhibit Hall in downtown Fort Worth Texas. Information is available at www.yellowrosecarshow.com.
MCOH Associate Sponsors Russell & Linda Suggs at Mustang Mania (1970 Vintage TransAm Race Replica Boss 302) - MCOH members Pete & Sharon Sigwardt (1967 HiPo 289 K-Code) and Horace Collums (1967 Playboy Pink S Code) and Bruce Siegel (1968 Shelby GT500KR) were among the 125 entries invited to this year's Classy Chassis Invitational Car Show benefiting the Shriners Hospitals for Children. The show was held indoor at Reliant Stadium on Sunday June 14, 2009. Pete & Sharon Sigwardt received the 1st Place award in the Muscle & Pony Car Class.
